Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Main Duties:
- Switchboard operation and reception cover in lunchtimes
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Copy typing
- Opening and distributing incoming post
- Franking and recording outgoing post before taking to the Post
- Office at the end of the day;
- Maintaining a filing system;
- Maintaining office diaries for meetings;
- Filing documents with Companies House;
- Supporting the office in any other ad hoc admin duties.
