Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Healthcare Recruitment - As a Business Administration Apprentice specialising in Recruitment Consultancy, from day 1 your mentor will take you through everything needed to succeed in recruitment from sourcing and guiding candidates through the recruitment process, to market expertise, candidate negotiation, and contract placements. We place healthcare professionals into public and private contracts across the UK!
Your role will include;
- Sourcing and Screening: Identify top talent in healthcare through various methods
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to job offer negotiations
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor
- Networking: Attend client meetings and events to generate new business
- Closing Deals: Land your candidates their ideal job and get commission for your efforts.

This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.
This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3.

Working hours Please note that anyone under the age of 18 can only work a maximum of 40 hours per week. Any role which exceeds these hours should be amended accordingly, to fall in line with the legislation.
