Summary

Located in London and Surrey, you will be taking charge of our administration function, where no two days will be the same. Support our Financial Planner and be a crucial part of the team ensuring their clients get a fantastic service and keeping the business back office in order.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

As an apprentice you will work at the company and gain hands-on experience. You will gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

  • Liaise with third party providers and navigate provider platforms
  • Process new business applications
  • Co-ordinate Financial Planners diary and arrange client meetings
  • Prepare document for client appointments and meetings, including the production of annual planning meeting packs
  • Respond to emails and liaise directly with clients
  • Send prepared information and reports to clients
  • Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines
  • Join Financial Planner on meetings and then go through and debrief with Planner afterwards

    The Financial Services Administrator apprenticeship is ideal for learners beginning an entry level role in the financial sector.

    As an entry level role, this apprenticeship provides the foundation knowledge, skills and experience for progression along a number of career paths.

    • CF1 - awarded by The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
    • Completion of CF1 will provide a solid foundation for the learner and can lead on to progression to study in other areas

    GCSE in:

    • 5 subjects including maths and english (grade 4 or above)
