Summary
The Apprentice Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and on budget.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Job Description/Responsibilities:
Support in creating detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables - You will be expected to manage multiple projects with varying costs and timescales
- Assist in stakeholder communications and updates
- Assist in monitoring risks and issues, escalating concerns to senior project managers when necessary
- Assist in resource allocation and task assignment
- Coordinate with suppliers and external partners as needed
- Maintain accurate project documentation while aligned to service delivery process to ensure project deliverable meet the required quality standards
- Work proactively to resolve issues that may affect project deliverables or timelines
- Experience of PM software such Monday.com would be beneficial
- Represent AVM and uphold our reputation with all clients and public
