Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- As an IT Support Apprentice, you'll play a key role in keeping our IT systems running smoothly. With our support, you’ll get involved in:
- Assisting with the general administration of Salesforce
- Logging tickets and helping to resolve technical issues via our helpdesk
- Delivering high-quality technical support via phone, email, and remote screen sharing
- Troubleshooting, managing change requests, and performing system builds
- Conducting routine maintenance and system monitoring
- Supporting a wide range of technologies, including WIFI, Networking, Office 365, Android, VOIP, and Microsoft Windows
