• Annual wage: £20,475 a year

  Bonus scheme shift allowance for unsociable hours

• Training course: Children, young people and families practitioner (level 4)
• Hours: • Day shift • Flexitime • Monday to Friday • Overtime • Weekend availability Shifts to be agreed

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

• Ensure the smooth operation of the residential home in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Provide guidance and support to staff members to uphold the highest standards of care for the children
• Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance team skills
• Knowledge of the Children Act & Children’s Homes Regulations
