Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- First point of contact for customer enquiries regarding Council Tax and Business Rates
- Taking and processing customer details including, but not limited to, change of circumstances, moves, discount and exemptions
- Making arrangements with customers in respect of outstanding tax liabilities
- Maximising income collection
- Working to targets and KPIs

- The successful candidate will undertake the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship delivered by Impact Futures
- 20% of your paid time will be spent undertaking apprenticeship training
- This apprenticeship will be delivered online with dedicated tutors to support you throughout your apprenticeship journey
