Summary
As a Customer Service Practitioner apprentice, you will work with our team to provide excellent customer support and ensure a smooth and successful customer experience. You will be sorting and distributing post, liaising with couriers, plus more.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Customer support
- Maintaining a professional environment with the workplace
- Building excellent relationships with customers and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and distributing post, liaising with couriers
- Manage customer emails responding within a timely manner
- Liaise with the Clinic and Customer Support of complaints and required refunds, in order that the authorisation process is followed
Organisational Responsibilities:
- To act professionally, courteously, and effectively at all times in line with the organisation’s values
- Maintain effective and positive working relationships with Goodbody Group staff, external organisations and clients
Shared responsibility for general office tidiness within reception area and kitchen area - To undertake any other duties which may reasonably be required within the scope and level of the post
Communication:
You will have frequent and on-going communication with;
- Clinicians and Clinic Manager
- Operations Manager
- Team Members
