Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Delivering and evaluating strategic marketing initiatives, preparing written plans, evaluation documents, presentations, and reports
- Research and analysis. You’ll use survey tools, keyword research, and other resources to help shape our marketing strategy and guide our future direction
- Content creation and management will be a central responsibility. You’ll work with the team to source, create, and edit content for various online and offline channels, including websites, social media, emails, and events. Ensuring that our content aligns with our brand guidelines and ESG agenda will also be part of your duties
- Identifying emerging trends and technologies, you will help keep us at the forefront of industry developments, providing insights that grow our market share in a rapidly changing landscape

Multi-channel Marketer Level 3 (A level) Apprenticeship Standard:
- You will be attending 2 online training sessions every 4-6 weeks, gaining nationally recognised qualifications such as the Google Analytics 4 certificate, learning how to use technologies that are essential to success both on and offline and then putting your learning into practice on the job

GCSE in:
- English (grade 4)
- Maths (grade 5)
