Summary
Rocket Training Ltd are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrator Apprentice to join our team on a full-time basis, working from our Liverpool office. As part of our Front of House team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in-person and over the phone. Your role will also involve managing documents.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- To provide an efficient reception service by meeting and greeting visitors, directing visitors to the appropriate member of staff, receiving phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate member of staff
- To assist the recruitment administrator in the organisation of interviews, distribution of application forms, explaining processes and monitoring tests
- To deal with general queries and attempt to resolve issues either directly or by referring people to other members of staff
- To access learner database and input information
- To update weekly registers and communicate student attendance to other staff
- To collate information on learner travel and communicate information to administrator for payment
- To update weekly timetables using starter and leaver information and communicate these timetables to staff
- To work with the administrator with responsibility for learner surveys by contacting learners and updating responses
