Summary
We are seeking an apprentice payouts handler to join our team who will be responsible for undertaking administrative tasks. You will receive bespoke on the job training alongside apprenticeship learning.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Review and prepare invoice packs in order to make payment.
- Build and maintain relationships with repairers whilst chasing outstanding documents for invoice packs.
- Adding claims on to inhouse bespoke system, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Calling insurance companies to discuss out of process details before funding claims.

Other requirements
Office based for initial period of 3 months, computer based with some phone usage. Target driven environment. Working independently when working from home.
About this company
Since 2010, Accident Credit Group has become the largest insurance claims funding partner, funding over 4500 body shop invoices per month, supporting Bodyshop with finance and cash flow by funding their repair invoices within 24 hours. The successful candidate will receive bespoke on the job training, including customer service and invoice funding systems training. This will be alongside apprenticeship learning and will relate to business administration apprenticeship.
After this apprenticeship
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship a full-time position will be offered. The company is also experiencing massive expansion allowing for further training in to more senior positions and upskilling into other departments.
