Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

- Handling incoming and making outbound phone calls.
- Supporting office staff with administration support.
- Using email communication
- Communication with internal and external customers
- Following Safeguarding Policies and proceedures
- Handling mail
