You’ll be supported every step of the way, by your line manager and mentor. Working in our Facilities team, you will:
- Help us keep our operational sites and depots, safe, clean and operating effectively for all our colleagues
- You’ll get to learn all about effective space management, building infrastructure and maintenance, security as well as managing third party suppliers
- You’ll work closely with our health & safety and resilience teams to ensure all our operational sites run smoothly and meet our high standards

Within our Facilities team, you will complete the Level 2 Facilities Services Operative Apprenticeship standard, allowing you to develop the skills & experience required to become an expert.
You’ll combine on-the-job learning with formal, nationally recognised development training. A Personal Development Plan will help drive your career progression, set, agreed & regularly reviewed with your line manager
Training schedule has yet to be agreed upon, further details will be made available at a later date.

Desirable qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- English & Maths (grade C / 4 or above)
