Summary
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a IT systems and Networking - Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will include support for one of our schools based in Loughborough in the mornings and our other clients in the afternoon.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Set up and maintain PC's, laptops, mobile devices and tablets
- Assist with software installation and configuration
- Assist with WLAN and router setup, configuration and maintenance
- Install, configure and maintain Microsoft Windows services (e.g. M365, Office packages, Azure)
- Troubleshoot software and hardware faults for students, staff and clients
- Providing first-line support and advice to students, staff and clients

Tools and technologies learned: Apprentices will learn to use Microsoft Power BI, Excel and SQL Azure.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- any 3 subjects (grade 4+ (A*-C))
- Maths & English (grade 3+ (D or above))
