Summary
A Level 2 Commis Chef Apprentice is required to work alongside chefs and the kitchen manager. Duties include: menu planning, costing, kitchen layout, fridge and freezer daily managment, data logging, lunchtime menu service and evening bar menu service. All services are done under the supervision of the kitchen manager or bar manager.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- A 360 role within the catering side of the business
- Showcasing what they've learnt at college and giving advice to others
- Ordering and sourcing
- Maintaining our high standards by instructing waiting staff to go FOH to constantly check on customers
- Good communication to work in a big team
