Working on a wide variety of people-based tasks and projects, you will play an important part in the HR team function while gaining valuable knowledge and experience throughout your apprenticeship and beyond.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
HR
- Liaise with the HR Service Centre to ensure promotions, salary increases, and other contractual changes are processed correctly in a timely manner
- Respond to requests for HR data, liaising with the HRSC and/or other sources
- Circulation of monthly reports to the VF HR team as required
- Ownership and validation of HR data, including but not limited to Turnover, Retention and Talent Management
- Engage in HR projects, providing support and research as required
- Provide administrative support relating to ER cases, including but not limited to preparing case files and taking minutes
Learning & Development
- Review and update L&D reports
- Liaise with L&D Administration Team to reconcile data in iLearn and iTrent
