Summary
Within this role you will be working within the Early Talent Solutions Team at GRB. We run creative recruitment projects for clients, including full grad schemes, assessment centres, diversity projects, and branding campaigns. You'll work on various projects, learning talent attraction, candidate screening, D&I strategies, and applicant tracking.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Within your first year, you will:
- How we attract top talent for our clients, getting involved in the marketing and attraction campaigns for well-known brands
- How to screen and assess candidates throughout the interview process including CV, video, and telephone interview screening
- How we achieve excellent diversity & inclusion results for our clients
- How to provide an exceptional candidate experience and support them through each interview process
- How we use various systems to track applicants’ data and campaign performance

You will complete a BA (Hons) Management Degree (Level 6) at the University of Chichester over 4-years. This will involve one day per week at university during term time (expenses will be covered). More information about modules can be found on the University of Chichester website.
