Summary
We have a great opportunity to join Torr Waterfield as a Data Admin Apprentice, this is a role within the company where you will be responsible for the general administrative and Data tasks. The successful candidate will be working towards a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship Qualification.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Answer the telephone (you are first point of contact)
- Meet & greet clients
- Data entry utilising Microsoft excel
- Bookkeeping
- Monitor financial payments from customers weekly utilising excel
- Check everyone’s diaries and allocate appointments to meeting rooms
- Open and distribute post –
- Enter cheques onto cash diary spreadsheet and Sage
- Chase back minutes and dividend vouchers outstanding from clients
- Send minutes/ordinary resolutions documents back to clients that hold stat books
- Recording card payments/worldpay payments on cash diary spreadsheet, print off and store in separate folders.
- Update timesheets and print monthly WIP reports, email to staff

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4/C)
- Maths (grade 4/C)
