Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Selling luxury shoes and handbags.
  • Arranging and making displays for the shop and other needed areas.
  • Sorting and arranging stock - moving stock and tracking sales.
  • Photographing products, making reels and posts in the shop for social media.
  • Learning about product and benefits and features of theproduct.
  • Working on the back part of the website to keep it updated.
  • Working on Procreate or canvas to edit and design flyers or colour-ups of existing styles.
  • Assisting the designer with day-to-day tasks.
  • Pop-up events- if applicable and working with the designer.

  • Provide clear explanations and offer options in order to help customers make choices that are mutually beneficial to both the customer and your organisation.
  • Be able to organise yourself, prioritise your own workload/activity and work to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate patience and calmness.
  • Show you understand the customer’s point of view.
  • Use appropriate sign-posting or resolution to meet your customers needs and manage expectations.

    Working close with the designer of Chanii B. The shop is the headquarters for the global reach Chantal works with. Designing her shoes in Portugal. Meeting the customer in the shop and selling them the beautiful pieces of art she creates. Chantal showcases her designs in Canada, USA and new this season is Italy. Chantal makes her shoes in very small family factories and develops them from the ground up creating comfort and style in every pair. The brand has become an obsessive love for many women. We have just recently won for the second year the Luxury Footwear award plus 3 best rated shops in Bath. This shop has been in Bath for 12 years.

    After this apprenticeship
