Following another strong year of growth, Team Cisilion are expanding across many departments. We are looking for a budding Apprentice to join the People & Talent Team.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
• Ensure Cisilion offices are fully stocked with stationery and subsistence
• Own the onboarding and offboarding checklists, ensuring all are completed efficiently for each new joiner and leaver
• Support the Talent Team with all recruitment admin such as interview booking and providing feedback to stakeholders
• Send daily attendance reports to the Management team
• Monitor the People & Talent shared inboxes
• Monitor the Training inbox, handing training administration and booking as required
• Hold administrator license on the internal HR system, working directly with People HR on any access issues and tickets. Support the Management teams with reporting requests from the system
• Support People & Talent, Leadership and Cisilion Management teams with letter writing, sending, tracking and receipt via DocuSign
• Monitor Glassdoor platform, responding to any reviews as appropriate
• Promote and increase engagement on the Vitality and Medicash healthcare plans, working with our partner Account Managers to obtain relevant information and new monthly promotions
• Develop strong working relationships with Cisilion management and other key stakeholders

Training and support will be provided by our specialist apprenticeship training provider, Smart Training & Recruitment.
IMPORTANT: in order to meet the eligibility criteria for an Apprenticeship in England, you must be able to demonstrate at least three years UK residency or hold a valid visa that meets the exceptions to this rule.
