Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
As a small business, with 6 employees, we are a close-knit team. We all get involved in many aspects of the day-to-day work of the office. For you that means that the role is varied, and you will be an important part of the team right from the start.
The role will involve a mixture of business administration and financial tasks:
- Preparing documents from templates both before a formal insolvency and during the process
- Sending circulars to creditors
- Recording financial transactions in the database
- Reviewing bank statements for significant transactions
- Supporting more senior members of the team in a variety of tasks to ensure that cases are managed to a high standard and completed in a timely manner
- Speaking with and emailing directors to gather information
