Summary
Are you passionate about social and environmental change? This is a two year, fixed term contract with a starting salary of £12,800, progressing to £22,400 with satisfactory performance and successful completion of the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability apprenticeship. This role is based in Aylesbury with some agile working.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
On the job:
- Assist with sustainability projects and programmes.
- Help gather data for environmental reporting.
- Support colleague and resident engagement.
- Assist with reviewing sustainability data.
- Develop the skills to provide professional advice on sustainability best practice.
Tutorials:
- Researching the sustainability landscape.
- Identifying sustainable opportunities and threats.
- Strategic development and project planning.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Implementing change.

Training

Course contents
Your training plan
- Blended learning with online study materials, a monthly one-to-one online tutorial and topic specific webinars.
- One study day per week.
- You will achieve a nationally recognised level 4 qualification.
- Be eligible to become an Associate of the Institute for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS).

GCSE in:
