We’re offering the chance to gain fully-rounded experience in client and supplier relations, liaising with shipping companies, warehousing & stock processing, in a friendly, buzzy environment.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Key responsibilities
Supported by our team, you’ll be:
- Maintaining our systems with new orders and customers
- Liaising directly with suppliers
- Providing customer service that is friendly, approachable & helpful
- Processing and tracking customer orders
- Communicating with customers to update them on their orders
- Booking goods in and goods out on a daily basis
- Maintaining stock records and standards in the warehouse
- Answering incoming phone enquiries and gate keeping

Your training plan
The apprentice will work towards the Supply Chain Warehouse Level 2 Standard. Group training is delivered monthly through tutor led, interactive remote training. There is a monthly 1-1 training and review meeting with your Training Consultant.
Functional Skills maths and English can be delivered remotely or in person as required.
