Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Operating wood cutting machines making our quality hardwood sofa frames
- Frame design and specifications
- Learning the importance of timber and environmental issues and requirements
- Frame assembly ensuring high quality
- Learning the importance of health & safety
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy
