Summary
We seek an apprentice who can regularly support to the Subscriptions Manager and take the reins when she is away. The Marketing Manager and Retention Manager are also available to assist so you will have colleagues to query things with as and when necessary.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Use of a Filemaker Pro database to issue invoices, maintain records, and manage digital connectivity. Full training will be given
- You will also be assisting in researching contact details of potential new subscribers and helping to build the prospective subscribers database
- Then there are the usual range of other office maintenance tasks that need to be shared around such as answering the phone, franking post, making refreshments and keeping the office clean and tidy etc

- Milestone 4. Continuous Improvement - (Processes, Coaching and Developing others, Decision Making, Quality and Responsibility).
- Milestone 5. Project Management - (Project Lifecycle, business fundamentals: Finance, Change, PESTLE, leading a project).
- Milestone 6. Preparation for End Point Assessment
Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4)
- Maths (grade 4)
