Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Depending on the candidate there may also be the opportunity to be involved in the set up and listing of new product listings and the administration aspect of running our marketplace business. Our products also sell through third parties such as B&Q and Debenhams
- The administration aspect of the role will be centred around compliance and regulation which is becoming an increasingly important part of our business. The successful candidate will be involved in the set up and development of system to ensure compliance with timber regulations and general testing and compliance regulations
- The customer service element of the role will exposure you to the day operations of our business and this will involve communicating with inbound customers enquiries as well as dealing with aftersales issues. This will involve speaking with customers by telephone, email, ticketing system and video calls
