Summary
You’ll support the Head of Social Value and Marketing with digital marketing, capturing content, email campaigns, video editing and design. You’ll maintain and grow our brand presence, have a desire to further your own knowledge / career, and champion the company as a social enterprise, assisting with gathering evidence for social value reporting.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Capturing content
- Assist in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies
- Support the creation and delivery of digital content across various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and website.
- Responding to website chat bots
- Participate in campaign planning sessions
- Assist in the delivery of company events and exhibitions
- Ensuring the company brand is correctly portrayed within brand guidelines
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends
- Monitoring stock levels of promotional materials
- Assist with the analysis of marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Assist in the creation and development of internal communications and media
- Be confident and knowledgeable in our company’s history and ethos.
- Assist in the gathering of evidence for social value reporting.
- Support in the inputting of data for social value reporting.
- Continuous learning to ensure you are up to date with social value movements.

GCSE in:

We are a factory based in the midlands, in the town of Nuneaton. We design and manufacture a wide range of signage, from road signs, to construction site signage to school signs and much more.
