Summary
We are seeking a friendly & professional Hotel Receptionist at Cowley Manor. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome & exceptional service throughout their stay. You will handle check-in & check-outs, managing reservations, guest inquiries & providing information about the hotel's services & local attractions.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Your duties will include:
- Greet and assist all guest as soon as they come in
- Manage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services
- Respond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalised service adapted to each request

About this company

The refurbished design by Dorothée Meilichzon has taken inspiration from each chapter of Cowley Manor’s book, weaving together classical inspiration with contemporary elements across each of the estate’s bedrooms. A sort of joyeux bordel, a happy mess. The new restaurant and cocktail bar at Cowley Manor is a place to celebrate a milestone, or simply enjoy a wonderful meal.
