Summary
An exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of mortgages and finance. Day to day you will support the Financial Advisors with the management of clients cases, resolving queries, ensuring all documents are in place for compliance by liaising with Lenders, Estate Agents, Doctors and Solicitors to ensure timely completion of applications.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Assist Advisors in all aspects of the process of client case administration
- Requesting Customer Satisfaction Survey completion by the clients on completion of their application
- Chase unpaid commission
- Complete post application checks
- Obtain Compliance Documentation from clients to support there applications
- Submit Full Mortgage and Protection Applications
- Obtain E-Conveyancer/Solicitor Quotes
- Liaise with advisor and compliance department to complete any queries on Compliance File Reviews
