Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Northwood Dulwich Limited are a small local residential sales and lettings company with 2 offices, one in West Norwood and the other in
Forest Hill. We cover most of South East and part of South West London and Croydon and Bromley. We are a franchise of the Northwood group and have support and training provided by the franchise.
In this role you will:
- Assist in the daily management of residential properties
- Answer calls and emails
- Help with customer queries
- Get safety inspections done and logged
- Organise any maintenance works required
- Inspect properties and renew agreements
- Spend time working in both offices
