An exciting opportunity to join H&W Sellors Ltd. H&W Sellors Ltd is a long established heritage building company specialising in listed building renovation. We are now looking to recruit a roofing apprentice to join our expert team.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The role will involve all aspects of heritage roofing including;
- Stripping roofs
- Sorting slate
- Dressing slate using traditional methods
- Checking timbers
- All aspects of re-roofing

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Training will be one day a week and the apprentice will be working towards the L2 roofing standard.
Training centre is located on Cricket Inn Road, Manor Lane, Sheffield, S2 1TR.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English & Math (grade 4/C equivalent or above)
