Summary
We are looking for dynamic and proactive ICT Field Service Engineers to join our Managed Services Team. You will be responsible for providing remote support and attending scheduled maintenance visits to schools and businesses. You will be dealing with day-to-day issues that arise, providing incident management, and resolutions.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
· Incident Management via telephone, e-mail, remote and onsite support
· Scheduled maintenance visits
· Proactive support using monitoring solutions
· Liaising with 3rd party hardware / software vendors
· Maintaining Firewall and Filtering Solutions
· Supporting and maintaining Network / Wireless Infrastructure
· Supporting and maintaining VMware / Hyper-V Virtualised Environments
· Supporting and maintaining Microsoft Server / Desktop Operating Systems
· Supporting and maintaining Microsoft Server / Desktop Applications
· Supporting and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, MDT, WDS, WSUS
· Supporting and maintaining Enterprise Anti-Virus solutions (Sophos, ESET or similar products)
· Support and maintaining Enterprise Backup solutions (Veeam, Veritas or similar products)
· Maintain Enterprise Cloud solutions (Azure, Office 365, G Suite)
· Supporting and maintaining Enterprise MDM solutions (Lightspeed or similar products)
· Maintaining Server / Desktop / Laptop Hardware
· Maintaining NAS/SAN Hardware
