Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company in the aluminum extrusion and manufacturing sector as their new toolroom apprentice. The role will involve machining, turning and maintaining production tooling.

Annual wage
£13,312 a year

Pay will be dependent on age and previous experience. Regular pay reviews throughout apprenticeship.

Your training plan

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be expected
to work towards the Engineering Technician Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.

You will also work towards the below qualifications as part of the apprenticeship: 

  • Level 2 Foundation Competence
  • Level 3 Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
  • Level 3 Development Competence

Day release will be at Learning Unlimited, Derby, Pride Park.
