Summary
You will work as part of a team. Working to specifications and to prepare a construction site ready for building works to take place. You will be setting out, prepare surfaces, install drainage, constructing roads etc.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Setting out and preparing the sub surfaces ready for the work to begin, installing drainage systems
- Concreting
- Constructing roads and pathways
- Carrying out the finished hard landscaping

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English and maths (grade 4-9 (A*-C))

After this apprenticeship
- After successfully completing the apprenticeship programme and dependent upon the individual a permanent role
- Option to be put through plant operator tickets
