Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
To assist the In-Flight Retail Commercial Team:
- Requesting, logging and cataloguing samples from suppliers; management of samples for internal activity around bar packing, crew training and photography.
- Requesting supplier pricing – cost/retail.
- Obtaining individual supplier sales data and forecasts from Retail Analysts for Retail Suppliers.
- Management of the Crew Incentive prizes with our Retail Suppliers.
- Carry out monthly benchmarking of product and pricing on the high street, airports and other airlines to ensure we are competitive for our customers.
To assist the In-Flight Retail Customer Experience Team:
- Analysing in-flight customer and sales data, identifying trends to assist with making informed product ranging decisions and marketing campaigns.
- Carrying out deep-dive reviews and monitoring customer feedback in relation to any in-flight product and service delivery changes.
- Management of Crew Hub content, sharing key customer insights with crew colleagues.
- Briefing in-flight marketing changes for centralised campaigns and supplier-funded activity.
- Creating return on investment reports for in-flight marketing suppliers.
