Summary
This is an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for an enthusiastic person to provide effective and quality driven administrative support across the organisation. Supporting the Office Manager you will be involved in a variety of duties including the answering of calls, processing documents, liaising with external contractors and clients alike.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Answering and actioning inbound phone calls
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team and the wider organisation if required
• Accurately input and retrieve data as required
• Gather documents using relevant IT systems
• Create and maintain project files
• Develop, update and maintain quality schedules
• Deal with enquiries and respond to queries either by email or telephone
• Undertake photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing
• Participate in team meetings

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
