Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Monitor our customers' existing installations and alerts
- Continue to take courses to be up to date and consistent
- Engage in creative opportunities to enhance our customer offerings
- Set-up demonstration environments in the IBM cloud
- Attend pre-sales calls with prospects
- Liaise with IBM as necessary to deliver a great experience for our customers
- Deliver presentations to groups of people online
- Become a subject matter expert for IBM automation and sustainability products
- Normal day to day employee duties and responsibilities
