Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organise project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence
- Communication: Act as a liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers, ensuring effective communication and timely responses to enquiries
Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and project milestones, ensuring alignment with projecttlmellnes
Procurement Support Assist in the procurement process by preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining supplier relationships - Data Entry: Accurately input data into project management systems, spreadsheets, and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and organizing office supplies
- Quality Assurance: Assist In ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Financial Assistance: Assist in preparing involces, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial records
