Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Organise and schedule meetings, interviews, and events
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents
