Summary
As Business Support Worker you will support the Business Services Team with administrative duties across the department, ensure documentation is kept up-to-date, and to assist the team in meeting organisational objectives. You will also work with the rest of the business, supporting adherence to policies, processes, and procedures.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Raise cross-department periodic invoices for selected clients and identify queries in relation to these with the relevant team member.
- Assist with the monitoring and reporting of training and equipment records.
- Contribute to monthly reports using Carbonxgen’s internal IT systems as defined and required for business services.
- Assist with maintaining records surrounding business service functions.
- Maintain records and assist with regular tasks in support of the maintenance of our accreditations.
- Assist with commissions invoicing and record maintenance.
- Assist with the administration of the credit control in the Finance officer’s absence.
- Promote and maintain high level of customer services of internal and external communication.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams/clients and suppliers.
- Work on tasks and projects as required by the business services division and the wider company.
