Adanac Valve Specialities Ltd is an engineering workshop producing industrial pipeline valves. They are looking for a Business Administration apprentice to join their team to learn and carry out admin tasks along with other general tasks.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Main Duties:
- Reception duties – greeting and guiding visitors to the correct department.
- Telephone answering, routing calls and taking messages as appropriate
- Generating emails and liaising via other methods of communication.
- Document checking, filing, scanning and archiving.
- Assisting the General Office staff with preparation of certification packages, and despatching orders within the UK and outside of the UK.
- General office duties which includes the restocking of machines, drawers, maintaining cleanliness of general office.
- Perform such other tasks as may from time to time be requested by the job holder’s manager and other senior colleagues.
