The apprenticeship will cover transport logistics and customer service including the office administration as and when required. Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Answering telephone in transportation department.
- Booking in transportation jobs on Aggsmart booking system
- Dealing with customer queries and ensuring all queries/questions are answered in a timely manner
- Updating the Health and Safety workplace spreadsheet
- Helping the Director and Sales and Logistics Manager with Adhoc duties.
- Assist in the main office and the accounts office doing adhoc duties.
