Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Answering and actioning inbound phone calls
- Proactively contacting our customers to ensure that our outstanding levels of customer service are maintained
- Provide administrative support to your team and the wider organisation if required
- Collect and distribute mail
- Accurately input and retrieve data as required
- Gather documents using relevant IT systems
- Deal with enquiries and respond to queries either by email, telephone or in person
- Undertake photocopying, scanning, and filing
