Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Working in every section of the kitchen where needed
- Learn to organise yourself and your kitchen section
- Manage stock and contol waste
- Learn multiple disciplines from making bread, preparing and cooking fresh supplies such as meat and fish
- Learning from the beginning gaining cooking knowledge and skills
- Follow processes set out by your Head Chef to ensure safe and efficient production of food
