Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist in organising and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Support accounting functions by utilising QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Computerize office operations to enhance efficiency.
