Summary
As a member of our sales team or apprentice, you will be responsible for carrying out any actions required to satisfy customer orders, from enquiry right through to supply and order completion. This Level 4 Technical Sales Team Apprenticeship opportunity will provide you with valuable hands-on experience and training in various aspects of purchasing and sales. Duties include: taking company telephone calls - actioning accordingly, and dealing with enquiry emails.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties include:
- Taking company telephone calls and actioning accordingly
- Dealing with enquiry emails and actioning accordingly
- Quoting customers both verbally and via email
- Maintaining relevant sales spreadsheets/data
- Establishing customer product and supply requirements
- Dealing with customer concerns
- Maintaining sales records and report writing
- Maintaining knowledge and training on product and materials as and when required.
