Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Systems: Assist the Operations Manager to ensure new members of staff are set up and trained on all systems in a timely manner
- Safety: Coordinate annual Fire and Health and Safety inspections and follow up on remedial actions
- Customer Support: Respond to customer queries, complaints and feedback in a timely manner
- Recruitment: Post, manage and update online job ads on indeed, other recruitment websites, BambooHR and our own website
- Retail Operations: To complete shifts weekly in the stores as required ensuring you are always up to date on the latest processed and procedures
- Support: To aid and assist the senior team as required in managing diaries and communications
- Store Sundries Stock and Staff Uniform: Ordering, management and distribution of sundry stock items within a set budget
