To provide general administration support within the Shared Services team at Head Office to ensure the successful delivery of Health and Safety, Quality and HR services across the organisation.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Provide administrative support within Shared Services as required.
- Create reports and produce excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain company in-house databases.
- Filing.
- Data-entry.
- Assisting with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Monitor and Record training records including tool box talks.
- Assist with the process of staff industry card applications (i.e. ECS).
- Assist with the Training Feedback process.
- Prepare new starter packs and bind documentation including staff handbook.
- Minute taking.
- Responsible for the organisation’s document control.
- Any other duties as required.
