Summary
This role is vital in supporting the administrative function and management of the company. The individual will therefore have the ability to multi-task and have a keen attention to detail. Customer service skills are imperative in this role and the individual must be comfortable engaging with all stakeholders.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Input data & running standard reports
- Handling incoming calls accordingly
- Assist with booking training rooms
- Taking & distributing minutes of meetings
- Assisting with the recruitment process
- Communicating to staff on behalf of managers
- Preparing assessment portfolios for initial client meetings
- Ordering & managing office & care supplies
- Maintaining manager diaries
- Copying, filing, faxing, emailing, typing & mail collection
- Running Monthly reports
- 12. Ad-hoc projects as requested

About this company
Agrade Community Care Services was founded in 2009 by friends Carol Green and Kay Hird after they had both worked in Health and Social Care for many years. Carol and Kay realised the need for a Home provider that focussed on flexible, individualised care packages that were tailored to meet the care needs of each individual service user and so the idea for Agrade Community Care was born
