Summary
JN Recruitment are currently looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance team. You will oversee candidate checks and ensure candidates are Schedule 2 compliant.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Completing application forms and ensuring they meet schedule 2 requirements
- Gathering information to complete all relevant forms and checks.
- DBS (processing DBS', completing DBS check, obtaining DBS copies, and updating DBS)
- Conduct relevant Training Checks
- Carry out Proof of Address checks
- Gather References- this includes telephone and safeguarding verification
- Right to work checks

Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.

- Milestone 3. Communication – (Verbal, Digital, Social Media, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, Integrity and Productivity)
- Milestone 4. Continuous Improvement – (Processes, Coaching and Developing others, Decision Making, Quality and Responsibility)
- Milestone 5. Project Management – (Project Lifecycle, business fundamentals: Finance, Change, PESTLE, leading a project)
- Milestone 6. Preparation for End Point Assessment
Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English and Maths (grade 4)
